Opening ceremony or everything?

Just yesterday, I was aware of:
* The guy accidentally hit the start buzzer before the "On your Mark" call. The swimmers used it as an excuse but who knows?
* The clock accidentally stopped in the important women's fencing match - ruining the integrity of that outcome.
* The gymnastics results giving Britain 2nd place until some $$$ fee was paid and formal protest was filed.
