I totally understand how that is King_leonidas, I would have had my hubby's best friend take Logan but they just took in a coydog that was a friend of theres that was ganna be put down at only 5 because he had to move back in with his parents...I am just happy that where Logan is I can go see him any time, that he is not hours away or anything.

That program, I am not qualified for, its really the only thing there is down here, and yea I am in southern IL, I am a mile away from where the white river meets the wabash, my town is the county seat and largest town in the county...it has maybe 8,000 people at most, more like 5,000 now since everyone has been moving because of the cost of living being so high
