No. Never. I do not like dogs who stare or beg when someone is eating. That's not their place and not the time to interact with me. Or anyone else in the home. Nothing pisses me off more than trying to eat and having a dog sitting there staring at you.

My dog can still get treats of whatever I'm eating without begging or staring or otherwise acting like a jackass.
