Hades sits or lies down right next me and he eats while I eat. I'm constantly hucking stuff in his direction. When we aren't eating at home, it's amazing to see how much I actually feed him off my plate!

Hades will screw off if I tell him, but it doesn't bother me at all to have him by me while he eat. He isn't in my face, my plate or even touching me, he's not a drooler and he makes me feel better about not having to throw food out all the time.

That is Veronica.

And she totally gets "all done" and will walk away.

At other times she's pretty intuitive because she can sense when it's okay to bug you for food by being funny and cute and making you laugh. If you are sitting on the couch eating she will sometimes come and sit right next to you and ever so gently reach over and just sniff your mouth or the food as it is going in; gently and persistently, while looking totally pathetically cute...and it generally makes me laugh and she gets a tidbit.

But if you tell her No" and you mean it...she'll go to the end of the couch and lie down and leave you alone.

Right now she's on a bit of a diet again so Grammy is boiling up some veggies for her to have for her "snack" when she has her during the week...because Grammys have to give snacks.
