Pretty much everything everyone else said. The only time I don't pick it up is when it's a nature preserve or empty field or something other than someone's personal property.

No that's what this is, a big field that leads into a horse pasture. It's some realty corporations property. That's the point, this ain't really someones yard or anything.

you are a retard Well you have to walk into quite busy traffic to get around these things. Or step over a fire hydrant between the sidewalk and a big bush. It really is quite annoying and disrespectful. There's like 5 huge ones that perpetually sit out there pretty much.
