You got issues man. Just because someone else is irresponsible doesn't mean it's okay for you to be ... or justifies your attitude. Take the high road, do the right thing and pick your shit up.

As for the trash cans, if they are a traffic hazard or personal safety issue ... take it up with the city. There's a right way and a wrong way to do things. Work smarter, not harder/dumber
