I didnt click the link, too early...no coffee yet. But I am wondering why they put the penis back in if there was necrotic tissue in spots. Wouldn't they have to remove the necrotic tissue because its already dead and would just cause infection?

Poor guy. He is a handsome fella and he's got such a nice guy face.

The infection has already set in. The dead tissue will slough off. He was a stray so all we really can legally do is stablize him. At least until the 10 day stray hold is up. The prepuce will act as a bandage. And you have to replace the penis. You can not leave it out.
