Sandy, go to the Progress threads and start your own. We carry on good conversatons over there.

It sounds like you have good goals for you and your family and you are doing well so far!

I know how you feel about the Atkins bars, sometimes you just need something sweet. So far you are losing but if you stall, then maybe that is what you need to look at. Also I think if you can find a replacement for craving the sweets, you will do better in the long run. It is much better to crave a dill pickle. LOL
