I've been too busy to update. I'm down 7 pounds.. I cannot believe it. Everything is going well. I'm starting to feel some boredom creeping in. I had a little taste of peanut butter tonight. It was heaven. I know, I know, no nuts. Celery and peanut butter just tastes so damn good. It's crazy how I don't miss chocolate or candy. I miss my sunflower seeds and Planters dry roasted nuts. I know nuts will be back in my life someday. I stopped drinking all that Diet Dr. Pepper. I was craving soda so bad the first couple days. I only had one in the last three days. I need to mix up my meat choices a little. It's been canned chicken, tuna, lunch meat, salmon, chicken. I had some jerky too. I was surprised at the amount of carbs.
I have a lot of energy. I had leg cramps one night.
I have a girls trip to Boston on Sunday for four days/three nights. I'm feeling nervous about it. I know I'll make good choices when it comes to food, it's the alcohol I'm worried about. My plan is to take my own diet tonic and vodka for the room. I doubt I'm going to find diet tonic out. I would love everyones input on alcohol and how I can best handle drinking on my mini vacation.
What is the verdict on Truvia? Is erythritol a sugar alcohol? I read it was. I'm a little confused about sugar alcohol.
What are piggy-puffs?
