Yup, confidence sure plays a role in my game. Mostly it's putting, when I start missing a couple 3 footers I get a bit nervous on even shorter putts, and play too much break. I see break that isn't there and it drives me nuts. I've lost a couple decent amateur tournaments because of it. With that being said, I feel like its getting better as I get a little older and realize that I need to stay vigilant on shorter putts, but the thoughts are faintly there. They haunt me lol.
