wenesday june 30 is my birthday and..........
I want to give my self a helthy way of life, so I deside to start walking 45minuts a day, or bike for a hour, I live and a beutifull city full of trees and joging pats, so is no excuses for me. I use to jog 10 miles a day long long long.... time ago so I know will be step by step. only one quesstion how can I replace the sodion and sugars I will loose in my exersice if we cant have any gatorade or any sport drinks?
