Yeah, but remember how I do mine Frog. 1-2-3-2-1 15 second rest where each dash is.. It helps me concentrate on my form, and less on trying just to pump them out..Going full out (chin over the bar, to full dead hang) I can get 6 before I start lose my posture...I do all my excercises like that ecept my dips, and the lower body stuff...so my push-ups would be like this 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
