FrogAttack was right, i was refering to the Jorge Cruise program, i should have been more specific.

The name can be vaguely misleading because if you warm up and cool down it automatically will take about 13 minutes and when you are doing individual leg or arm exercises unless you cut each movement time in half it takes about 20 minutes.

I find it a good way to start my day, I've been doing it half assed for about a month or two and properly for a week now. And muscles that i find don't normally get isolated get attention which while you feel it at first will benefit you in the long run.. I also think that for people who either have real trouble exercising for physical or health reasons this is a good way to start. there is essentially no impact on the joints and it works on the principles of resistance training i think. I also do other things during the day like walking or belly dancing. I want to pick up tai chi again too...
