This paper from Bieke is undoubtedly why the British group attacked them. Even though the ISSCR was not mentioned in the article about the British group, it is a cinch they are. Since the ISSCR originally was pushing the safety issue as a reason to close offshore clinics, they had to abruptly change course when they got wind of the Bieke paper. How very convenient, but they need to know that we can see through this type of nonsense and underhanded way of continuing their quest for a global FDA which would conveniently "regulate" most companies out of business.

Here's a snip from the British article:
A panel of British health experts said on Tuesday they were concerned about a growing level of international "stem cell tourism" where patients travel abroad to private clinics to have treatments that are not licensed by drugs regulators in Europe or the United States.

As you can see, they have switched from safety to regulation. The ISSCR stated that they will not go after clinics that follow their own country's regulations. I believe both Bieke and X-Cell follow the regulations of their country. The ISSCR had to be removed from the equation and replaced by British scientists for this attack since the ISSCR had already made a conflicting statement. Be on the look out for more of these tactics. The bottom line is to discredit all stem cell clinics.
