I am no expert but from what I am reading, you have 50% of your lung function compared to people in your age group. The only way to determine if your lungs could be improved by the InterVapor is to have a CAT SCAN which would determine the location of any damage.

Many times, the portions of the lung that are damaged cause the lungs to not function efficiently. I can't speak for your lungs but it certainly wouldn't hurt to find out if it might help you. For what it's worth - I have about 30% of the lung function of people in my age group and it has pretty stayed that way for the past 6 years. My biggest problem is hyperinflation and I am not expert on reading the results but here is a link that might help you.
