My FIRST Oxygen Concentrator bought June 2011 is PSA type but still non-medical grade. O2 is 90% at 1L/sec through to 30% at 5L/sec.
I feed the O2 into my APAP mask for Sleep Apnea.

I got it direct from China for less than $350 incl freight to a small city in Malaysia where freight always costs more. Freight could be more or less to USA/UK/etc city.
It is the Joie JYT-2 from Joieya, Shenzhen for anyone that wants to research.

It automatically cuts off after 2hrs for cooling.
I did a Sleep Test last night; 2hrs with Concentrator, 2 hrs after auto shutoff.
WITH Concentrator, Base was 95.1% and 0% below 90% SpO2.
WITHOUT Concentrator, Base was 92.5% and 8% of time (9min) was below 90% SpO2.

For my NEXT Concentrator, also from China, I'm looking at full medical grade 10L/min at 93% +/-3% single flow. IT'S $550 + I'm getting optional Integrated SpO2 Tester $60 + Nebulizer mask $15. Also CPAP Mask $30 as they sell them too. It also has a whole heap of monitoring & recording equipment and presets. I think it's probably top of the range for a personal machine and weighs 27kilo. That's $655. Freight still unknown as they can't deliver to my town, but would be $300 freight to KL or any major city in the world I think - so just below $1,000 landed.
For those who want to research, it's the JAY-10 from Longfian.

I won't go into other things I have bought through eBay sourced from China or even direct from China, but I've always been thrilled.
