I really struggle hitting the lob wedge. In what situations do you use it instead of your sand wedge?

80-85 yards.

If the wind's in my face I can hit it full from 65 yards.

Bunker shot with no green between me and the pin.

Sometime when I have no choice but to hit the ball high over something.
