It wouldn't surprise me, Kayne is a racist, he admitted as much when he said he voted for Obama because he's black.

It has not been mentioned as a racial motivated action in the media because that would cause chaos. But I bet my left nut it was. Damn... I liked Jay-Z before I found out he was a Black Panther.
