I've been listening to a lot of Laura Warshauer lately thanks to a friend at Fontana and I'm really impressed by her. She's a great singer, and her music's an interesting blend of pop, folk and rock. You can definitely hear the personal touch in her songs, which makes sense since she writes them herself. I recommend checking her out, if you're not familiar you can take a listen over at her myspace page, and her self-titled debut's coming out on September 23rd.
