I been fucking with bass for about 8 years, but only the past two have been dedicated. Something had to click and when it FINALLY did, I couldnt put her down. I could always thump out a bass line back in the day. But I felt I was just surviving the song. Now I feel like I'm a driving force in it.

I actually follow the bass more than drums when playing live, as a good bassist will always be in the right place

I still think that it is not given enough credit
