they can't search your whole pc .. only your Shared Folder ... or that is my understanding

I doubt very much if they want to do a search they would do it online, as in networking to search. They would/could get a search order to search your computer, in which case they would find the music files unless you got some supa dupa hiding thingy they can't crack.
