Thread revival.

Some of you will be happy to know that from the horses mouth, PC World Magazine (Mar 2010) for both Laptop and Desktops, Apple, yes Apple is the number one brand for RELIABILITY and SERVICE.

for service too? :O that is VERY surprising! I've always hated Apple's service, and working in the industry has shown me just how bad it can be. Mind you, they do have some extraordinary moments.

A good example: A client of mine made a photo album in iPhoto and submitted it for printing. He then realised it would arrive when he was on holiday. He quickly called Apple who not only arranged to have the album sent to his hotel in London, they also sent him an extra copy incase one got damaged during his holiday.
