You might have too many programs going on in the computer at once.

If you :

Click on the START button
Then Type RUN in the search (there will be a program called "run")
When RUN comes up - type MSCONFIG

You should see a box that comes up that say's: General,Services, Boot, Start Up and Tools.

If you click the START UP option it will tell you everything that starts up when you turn on your computer.
And if i am not mistaken, if you click on Services that shows all the services you have going on at the moment.

Just be careful what you uncheck and remove as it could damage your computer
