Here's an idea. If you know how to change the BIOS boot settings, then get hold of a 1GB memory stick, download Ubuntu onto it and set the BIOS to boot the memory stick first. That should get past the virus, then go from there to get rid of the virus. It worked for me when I had a pesky virus back in June/July.
