You think I'm stupid enough to refer to China as impoverished? Who do you think substantiates our wealth

POOR countries were complaining....China is another issue, a few more years of this administration, and we'll be just like 'em

I wasn't sure, but China did make complaints about the pressure to modernise, be more efficient etc... So I wasn't clear who you meant is all
