Yup. I learned on the farm when I was 8.

Actually it was a team effort.

I would steer and shift the tree and my cousin would work the foot pedals as we drove to the neighbors yard about 2 miles down the road. We had to cross a small bridge on the way and one time there was an oncoming car. We were so scared that we stopped and let the other guy go before us.

Because I used to drive rigs long haul a few years back I never want to own a stick again.
