Apple products, yes..

Do I think they are good, Yes.. I even stated that in the OP they are a marvel of engineering.

My issue is with them deflecting responsibility and now trying to try and show others having similar problems..

They admitted responsibility though... they simply said that other manufacturers have had similar problems. They also said that they have received a relatively small number of complaints on this issue... which leads me to believe that it was mostly media fueled. Like I've said more than a few times, I actually own an iPhone 4 and hold my phone the way that they say would drop calls, and I haven't dropped any. So it cannot be an issue with every single phone.
