I hope to do better this month. I was plateaued with no net weight loss for 5 months and last month I did start losing again, but far too slow (only like 2.2lbs off my lowest weight). If I mandate some specific exercises each day, maybe I'll lose just by virtue of consistency

May Goal

25 sit ups per day
25 jumping jacks per day
10 push ups per day
Lose 4lbs


1- goal met
2- goal met +30 minutes yoga
3- none
4- none
5- 30 minute walk
6- 30 minutes
7- none
8- none
9- 20 minutes yoga
10- 30 minute walk
11- 30 minute walk
12- chores, walking around shopping
13- some weights, nothing much
14- none today really, maybe stretching and weights
