That all sounds reasonable, Shan.
I've been doing the Southbeach Diet as well as exercising. I'm SUPPOSED to have 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, but I usually have 2 meals and 1 snack. The trick is to eat less, more often...it keeps your metabolism going. I'm 95 pounds lighter than I was, so I guess there's something to it.
