I use fluoride toothpaste. But I did see on an episode of CSI I think that a person can be poisoned and die if they actually ate like 3 tubes of toothpaste.

I don't care how much they say it takes to be "toxic" swallowed or not it can't be good for you in any amount. I purchased a brand called Powersmile.
