I think that your dose is off. Also, Crystal Light is NOT your friend.

Getting your dose straightened out, (I saw where you've been advised on another thread on how to do that), dropping the melba toast, & replacing 1 fruit serving a day with more protein, will be helpful to you.

I have had my dosage off before, & it was living Hell. I got my dosage right, & was never hungry ~ I had to remind myself to eat. I never gave "spacing out my portions" a thought. I was skeptical when Grammy advised me to skip a day, (I thought I would starve), & lower my dose. That didn't make any sense to me, but you know, it worked!

As a person who has struggled with my weight, "less is more" ~ doesn't register. I always want more of everything that is good. HCG is good, but more of it than you need is BAD-BAD!
