Wow! I can't believe there is someone else out there like me- and I've only just started HCG, after 2 years of struggling on the band. It has been really hard work for me with a band already- I'm on day two after doing the two days of loading. Getting the protein down is very very hard, and I'm taking up to an hour to finish the salad and meat but I'm sticking at it, and I have to say: I am already eating MORE than I have in a long time, even with the 500 calorie top. I am used to eating easy-slide-stuff (you know, crap ) and very very small quantities. So, 100gms of protein and the veges is actually pushing me to the limit. Because this is day 2 (phase two? The phase after loading) I was able to observe a loss already- 1.3kgs! I think that's almost three pounds overnight .

So, needless to say I'm motivated and will be keeping on with the HCG, as it is clearly working for me. The band has meant almost no hunger, on top of the drops, so I reckon it must be a winning combo Lets keep in touch!
