Wow, Beth- that is absolutely inspiring and very encouraging!!!!
This is exactly the sort of thing I want to know- and it will definitely help me to stay focussed.
I am on day 3 of Phase two (I hope I'm using the right 'phase' when I say that- the 500 cal a day phase) and I am super-fatigued and sleep a lot.

I'm hoping that goes away soon- any thoughts from you guys?
