I am on day 4 of VLCD and the food boredom is getting to me. I've read about HCG recipes and things, but on my sheet there are very strict rules to "not mix vegetables" so how is it that I could have a salad? Am I missing something? I have 2.5 weeks to go and variety would be great, but I'm fine eating what I've been eating (however boring it is). Im just wondering - how can there be "recipes" on such a strict diet of portion and calorie counting?
