I am following what was on the sheet that my doc gave me. I will explain what I am doing. Breakfast : 1 serving of Strawberry Whey Protien mixed with water (100 Cal) Lunch : 4 oz of chicken breast or steak (lean, no skin, fat removed ....yada yada yada) with an approved veggie (usually onion) Supper : 4 oz of chicken breast or steak (lean, no skin, fat removed ....yada yada yada) with an approved veggie (usually onion) Snack : 3 or 4 medium strawberries I have been doing the same thing for a week now and have not grown tired of it yet. I am not sure what protocol is. The only way that my calories for the day fluctuate is if I am a couple measly points over or under the 4oz's of chicken or beef OR the amount of strawberries I have snacked on. This is day 7 and this morning my total was -19lbs since I started Am I doing anything incorrect???
