You know, I just smoked a few days ago because I was just flat out of motivation. I figured I'd risk the munchies. I just told myself before I smoked that I would promise to clean up and listen to good music. Oh! and I laid out some strawberries pre-cut so I wouldn't jump into the cabinet for those Oreos I've been eyeing for this entire week. I felt great after I smoked. You might get "munchies" a bit, but it's not that same hunger feeling that's uncomfortable or nagging. I got the house cleaned, and I listened to some Dave Matthews! I call it a win. I lost 3lbs that day too. Good luck!
