Hi,
Yes, normally I have always carried water with me everywhere...not sure how I ended up leaving the house without it yesterday. Rarely does that happen It won't happen again for certain!

I really did not try to eat less, it just worked out that way...it was as if, in order to get the calories in I would need to eat when not really hungry. Interesting. I can feel that there is nothing in my stomach, but I don't feel like eating LOL On the other hand, the food tastes so good when you are not eating all the time

It's actually really important to get that 500 calories in. I've found that a bit more than 500 is WAY better than less.
The days I was low on calories, I tended to either lose less or not at all!
Also, water, water, water. LOL I had to get in at least 80 oz, or I stalled.
