Hi everyone

I just recently started on p2 and the hcg diet for the first time. After doing some research on this page it appears that the hcg activator pills that I had purchased are not exactly up to par. Since I had read this I was also doing some more research and found that people enjoyed using the patches and i was wondering if it is safe to switch from the patches to the pill because I do not want time to be wasted and would like to continue onward with it. Please if anyone has an experience or knowledge about this let me know!
