The hunger is likely from the dose that's too high. Hunger is much more common on a dose that's too high than one that's too low. And you shouldn't mask that with phentermine because if you have hunger you need to know about it so you can fix it. It's vital to fix it because on the wrong dose you are losing the wrong kind of fat and you will quickly regain it. The fatigue is another sign that the dose is wrong.

Just so you know, turkey is not on protocol, strange as it may seem.
