Sounds like you are a little all over the place with the diet. Regardless of following protocol or going rogue you might want to just pump your brakes for a couple of days and try to find a little stability. You have no way of knowing what works what doesn't if you don't give it some time.

That said, if you are mentally ready for the diet, there is one thing that seems to work all the time and that is the Pounds and Inches way.
