Hi Shaz - I am by no means a veteran. This is day 31 for me on my first round. But I have read a lot here and I've heard that lots of people are sensitive to dairy and eggs so you might try replacing that with fish or chicken, if you can. Also, if you only have 10-15 pounds to lose and have already lost 7, that's amazing! You're almost done.!those last few pounds always hang on tight, no matter what you do. Try to switch your protein up, drink lots of water and stick it out. You're doing great!
