As u guys know I was having some hunger issues. Not as bad as before I lowered my dose but still some. At the advice of an experienced forum member..... I cut out the Melba toast and my 2 apples. I increased an extra serving of protein. Also for 2 days I was only loosing .5 pound per day. Well for the last 2 days my hunger is completely gone and I have lost 6 more pounds in 2 days. I know it is not protocol but I just wanted to share my experience. I am pretty excited not to be hungry.
