Hello all. GP here. (The Grand Pubah for newcomers)
There has been quite a bit of enlightening info come out the last 6-8 months about mixing the hcg for sublingual application. While there are many recipes out there floating around on the internet one should be careful where they draw their info from. The problem with some of the diluents in many recipes are as follows:
Never use alcohol to mix with your hcg. There are recipes that use alcohol with the idea that alcohol will actually help preserve the hcg.
the reason for this thinking is that alcohol is often used in mixtures of herbs and homeopathic solutions as a preservative. The reason however that it is not good to use with hcg is because it has been found to breakdown a protein in the hcg itself.
Also colloidal silver has also been found not to be the ideal diluent for the hcg as well. for a couple of reasons. Though many have used it and had success with it, (including myself) it is supposed to not mix well with the sodium chloride (if that is used as an initial diluent). secondly it also may react with the hcg and in rare occaisions cause a reaction not desired by the user. My info is sketchy on this but the source was a medical proffessional.

Lastly, the sublingual liquid b-12 used most often, has some form of sucrose (sugar) added to it. It is extremely difficult to find a b-12 without some form of sugar in it. Even those labeled sugar free will list as an ingredient "sucrose". Sugar in any form is strictly forbidden on the protocol and could slow down losses with some people even in this minute form.

I have in my experiences used all of the above on past rounds. I now have gone exclusively to using bacteriostatic water as the diluent of choice. In fact I have even started inncluding it in the mixing kits I sell with the hcg. The cost of the bac water is about the same or cheaper than these other diluents and it is sterile and has a preservative in it as well. That is the main difference between it and sterile water. No preservative in sterile water. The thinking is that it also helps maintain the potency of the hcg longer.

If you already have the colloidal silver it is probably fine. If not get bacteriostatic water to mix with if you want the best.
