Question - my husband and I are on a brand of drops called Nigen Biotech, we are on day 8, we still feel hungry, we are loosing of course. But the reason we went this route is because I did not want injections, and he did not want to hold anything under his tongue for 15-30 minutes. Do all sublingual pharm grade hcg have to be held under tongue that long???
