I use it every week. It does help but I will warn you that the injection hurts like heck. It really doesn't have two full mls. I have yet two fill up two 1ml syringes. I inject one and place the other in the fridge for the next week. As a matter of fact, I have a big bruise on my hip from my shot on thurs. If you don't mind the bruise, the benefit is good. I can tell the difference when I don't have them. Ok, I'm rambling but you get my point
