Hi...I am on R1 vlcd10 on hhcg. I plan to switch to rx. Do I need to take a break in between and load again or just start the Rx hcg? Planning to do this next week. Also, I need to take an interrupt of sorts this weekend...don't plan to eat anything too carby or fatty but definitely p3 foods. Do I need to stop the hhcg?
