I am on R2/P2 VLCD7 and I am deathly ill with influenza. I am in bed and too sick to cook and not much sounds good. I ate off protocol yesterday and gained 2.2lbs overnight. I'm just trying to stay hydrated and get better. So my question is, should I just stick with HCG and stay as close to protocol as possible until I'm better, or should I stop this round early and then start up again when I'm better? I'm not sure which would be the lesser of two evils?
