I have just seen this thing about skipping a day when on the 40 day round. I have not been doing that. Is it something you're supposed to do or is it optional?

Injections - Skip one day a week to postpone immunity to the hCG. This is for those that need more than a 23 day round of injections.

Drops - No need to skip injections.
