Confused about some stuff in phase 3,4 and after the diet.
Hello,
So I got on the diet b/c due to my health I couldn't work out and I was way way over weight, I've lost some weight and I am feeling better and I want to start working out. I saw that working out it's self isn't a problem but what I''m confused about is the stabilizing. I have lost weight with the diet but I'm not where I want to be and I can't afford to do another round anytime soon so what I wanted to do what kick start my weight lose with the HCG and the work the rest off with eating right and exercise, but it seems like that might not be a good thing. So can I do what I was planning? or am I only suppose to lose weight with the HCG?
Also, after the diet is completely over, can you ever go back to eating "normally' as long as your keeping the bad stuff to a minimum? or are you band from the bad stuff for ever? ( I don't plan on ever eating like I used to but everyone knows the circumstances come around that include bad food lol )
So yeah, any input would bee much appreciated!
