trying- check out the book, "eat right for your type". you may also want to have your food sensitivities tested- this needs to be by blood test, since most food sensitivities are delayed (so they can't be checked by the typical scratch test). Great Smokies is the Lab that does the testing- your local lab can not do it.

when i had my sensitivities done, they all matched up with what the book said about people with type A blood. basically we do better on a vegetarian diet, although we digest chicken well. and peanuts! i remember that part.

many people are sensitive to a lot of foods and do not know it. most common ones are wheat, gluten, corn, eggs, dairy, mushrooms.
